Sacramento Direct Burial Plan – Starting at $1395.00
DIRECT BURIAL WITH CASKET INCLUDED $2345.00
BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR & STAFF $420.00
This is a standard charge for each family we service. It applies to burial or cremation. It includes consulting with the family to make necessary arrangements; the shelter of human remains; the preparation and filing of necessary documents; obtaining necessary authorizations and permits; coordinating with the cemetery, or, other third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our basic overhead costs.
TRANSPORTATION $300.00
Includes 1-2 people transporting the deceased from place of death within 30 miles of Sacramento County to our facility. If passing occurs outside of the 30-mile radius, additional fees will be applied. (Please refer to Transportation Services section on pg. 3 for cost if decedent is over 300 lbs.)
REFRIGERATION $175.00
Refrigeration of decedent is necessary prior to burial.
(10 days of storage included, 15$ per day after the 10 days)
CLOTH COVERED CASKET $950.00
This casket is made from corrugated fiberboard and has a finished interior.
TRANSPORTATION TO CEMETERY $300.00
Includes 1-2 representatives transporting the decedent to a cemetery within 30 miles of Sacramento County. If the cemetery is outside of the 30-mile radius, additional fees will be applied.
CASKETING & USE OF STAFF AT GRAVESIDE $200.00
Includes placing decedent into casket and staff at graveside. Representatives will pall bear and assist during services.

FUNERAL/MEMORIAL SERVICES
SIMPLE IDENTIFICATION VIEWING $695.00
This service is only 15-30 minutes and is located at our Carmichael location. We do not allow additional time for simple identification viewings, and a maximum of 6 people will be permitted inside the viewing room with a max rotation of 10 people attending the viewing. Minimal preparation and viewing container will be provided prior to viewing your loved one. This does not include a casket, embalming, dressing, or further preparation.
1 HOUR VIEWING SERVICE $895.00
This service is located at our Rocklin location. A maximum of 20 people will be permitted inside the viewing room. A minimal viewing container will be provided for your loved one. Embalming, dressing, preparation, and a casket are not included. (Please refer to pg. 2 for pricing on preparation services)
1 HOUR MEMORIAL SERVICE $475.00
This service is located at our Carmichael location. A maximum of 25 people will be permitted rotating throughout the memorial space. We require strict adherence to California policy on Covid-19. Please contact us regarding services exceeding 25 people.
- For memorial and viewing services at our Rocklin location, we offer additional time in increments of 30 minutes. The duration of services selected includes the time for decoration and floral setup. If additional time is needed, please refer to our costs below.

MEMORIAL & VISITATION AT CHURCH OR OTHER FACILITY $775.00
This includes transportation to and from said church or facility, placement of floral decoration, setup, supervision during memorial & visitation, and optional assistance needed from staff. An additional $100 per hour will apply to memorial and visitation services exceeding 2 hours. Embalming, dressing, preparation, and casket are not included. (Please refer to pg. 2 for pricing on preparation services)
USE OF STAFF
A. Additional charge of staff for evening/after-hours services $350.00

Return to the Earth…
Burial typically occurs in a hand-dug grave at a green cemetery, using a shroud or eco-friendly casket crafted from wicker or similar sustainable material, and does not include the use of a vault. The body is not embalmed and will return to the earth naturally over time, along with the shroud or casket. This alternative to traditional burial also encourages family participation and is often more healing and meaningful for mourners.
